Our Services

Psychiatric Evaluation

The goal of psychiatric evaluation is to develop a clear understanding of the individual’s behavioral health condition and to create an effective treatment plan tailored to their needs.

Telepsychiatry

Telepsychiatry allows us to offer a range of services remotely using technology including psychiatric evaluations, therapy, patient education, and medication management. We are currently only offering telepsychiatry appointments.

Psychotherapy

The goal of psychotherapy is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can work through their challenges, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and achieve a better quality of life.

Welcome! I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care through a holistic approach that emphasizes collaboration between patients, families, and healthcare professionals. With extensive experience in various psychiatric disorders including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, women’s mental health, and general psychiatry, I integrate evidence-based treatments with personalized care plans to promote mental recovery and overall wellness. My practice is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to improving individual emotional resilience and quality of life.
