The goal of psychiatric evaluation is to develop a clear understanding of the individual’s behavioral health condition and to create an effective treatment plan tailored to their needs.
Telepsychiatry allows us to offer a range of services remotely using technology including psychiatric evaluations, therapy, patient education, and medication management. We are currently only offering telepsychiatry appointments.
The goal of psychotherapy is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can work through their challenges, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and achieve a better quality of life.

With extensive experience in various psychiatric disorders including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, women’s mental health, and general psychiatry, I integrate evidence-based treatments with personalized care plans to promote mental recovery and overall wellness.
